This section on “INGREDIENTS” covers the food products, usual as well as unusual, and where to get them. The pages on these topics are accessible either by clicking on them in the drop-down menu or by clicking on the links listed in the text.  STAPLES includes the items found in your pantry for meal preparation.  Some of these items need to be refrigerated after opening, but none-the-less this seemed to be the most logical place to put them.  SPICES will be what will make your TRIFECTIZED foods taste great!  They are the key to masking the lack of salt.  FRESH FOODS will include the obvious but also the not-so-obvious (is it a FRESH FOOD or a SPICE/HERB? that will probably be found here).
